To make the knit surfaces
Knit Surface tool is used to combine two or more face or surface into one.Surface position does not need to be on the same plane.
Try to choose an adjacent surface.
Click knit solid body when the solid surface or solid form.
Select Merge to merge the entities face the same basic geometry.
Select Control Gap to view or modify the tolerance gaps knit.
To make the knit surfaces:
Click Knit Surface on the Surfaces toolbar, or click Insert, Surface, Knit.
In the PropertyManager,
Select the surface of adjacent, non-intersecting surface
Select the face or surface that will be in Knit.
Select Try to form solid to create a solid model of a closed surface.
Select Merge to merge the entities face the same basic geometry.
Select the face to knit
Select Gap Control to see a couple of the possible gap edge, and to view or edit the tolerance or gap range.
